Become Green Together applications close next week
Applications for Become Green Together are open until Wednesday 30th November
Due to the announced closure of the Revue newsletter service, we’ve migrated our newsletter to Substack. If you’ve already signed up to our newsletter, there’s no need to worry! We’ve kept you on our list and you’ll continue to receive news about events and opportunities from Going Green Together.
You don’t need to face the climate emergency alone
Making changes to address the climate emergency in your workplace can feel daunting. Knowing where to begin, how to achieve change, how to measure and reduce your carbon emissions, and engage your stakeholders in this process can feel like an enormous challenge. We’re here to help you face this challenge.
Through our Become Green Together programme, we’re supporting over thirty voluntary, community, and social enterprises across the North East and Cumbria towards these goals, guiding them through the process to make sustainability achievable and effective in their workplaces. Applications for the programme are currently open, and we would love to help you too!
Applications for this round of Become Green Together are open until Wednesday 30th November. You can apply by filling out a quick form on our website.
We also have full bursaries available to organisations in the North East and Cumbria to cover the costs of Become Green Together, thanks to the generous support of County Durham Community Foundation, Community Foundation, Tees Valley Community Foundation and Inspire South Tyneside. Make an enquiry about bursaries by emailing hello@goinggreentogether.org.
Not sure whether you’re ready to take part? Become Green Together has been created to train and support VCS organisations of all sizes and areas of activity, at any point on their environmental journey, including beginners. If you’re unsure or have any questions, please get in touch.
